In the News…

It’s time to make the journey to the top of Mount Everest! This show will take our audiences from base camp all the way to the summit! In our lives, we have to overcome many adversities. Through this production, we will overcome all difficulties as we ASCEND!

There has been adjustments and cuts made to the show, so it will be slightly different than this sound file; however, most of it will be the same.

AHS Band Newsletter 2019

All marching band students are required to have a physical examination before participating in marching band rehearsals. This is new this year from the UIL requiring all students to have one on file with the district before rehearsals begin on July 29. All students are expected to bring his/her pre-participation physical examination form signed by a physician, a physician assistant licensed by a state board physician assistant examiners, a registered nurse recognized as an advanced practice nurse by the board of nurse examiners, or a doctor of chiropractic to registration on July 28. Examination forms signed by any other health care practitioner will not be accepted. Students who do not do so, will not be allowed to participate in marching band rehearsals. Please fill out the form below and bring it to your scheduled physical examination. Once this has been completed, you can either email it to me or bring it on registration day, July 28.

Note: If you are in athletics and band, you will NOT need a separate form for each activity.
