Poinsettia Fundraiser

We are beginning our Poinsettia Fundraiser and will be selling for the next 2 weeks. Each student received the attached order form today.  Money is due with the order form on or before November 7th. Please help your student by selling poinsettias and holiday greenery! Please make checks payable to Aubrey Band Boosters.

The delivery will take place on Tuesday, December 10th. Please make arrangements on that day to pick up what you order and deliver it to the customer.

Region Help Sessions

Next week, we will begin holding our region help sessions. They will be 1 hour per week starting next week and continuing until the Thanksgiving Break. These sessions are intended to help on their region etudes in preparation for all-region auditions on December 7th.
These are mandatory for symphonic band students to attend and optional for concert band students. If a concert band student is planning on auditioning for region, then he/she must attend these help sessions.

Band Yard Signs

If you would like a yard sign, you can order them for $25. You can purchase them from Sarah Kramer at the last home game or email/call Mary Bielefeld at davidnmary@outlook.com or 817-729-4107. You will have until November 1st to place your order, but orders will not be placed unless money has been received.
